What you can build
Acupet is a multi-platform Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine assistant. Through our API, approved partners can connect Acupet's clinical data into compatible practice-management, telemedicine and analytics systems — without rebuilding the underlying TCM logic.
Clinical records
Sync patient profiles and visit history with your existing PMS — bidirectional, tenant-isolated.
TCM diagnostics
Surface pulse, tongue, Mu and Shu findings and derived TCM patterns inside your own UI.
How it works
- HTTPS REST over JSON. No SDK required.
- Per-tenant authentication — every API call is scoped to one clinic or organisation.
- Designed for clinical workloads: idempotent writes, rate-limit fairness across tenants.
- Shared infrastructure with our consumer apps — what you build stays in sync with the live product.
Request developer access
Acupet's API is currently invitation-only. Pilot integrations are reviewed individually so we can match your use case to the right authentication flow, data scope, and SLA.

- Expected call volume and your geographic region
After review, we provide tenant credentials, a sandbox, and the full reference documentation.
Frequently asked
Is the API publicly documented?
No — endpoints, authentication details and data schemas are shared with approved partners under a written agreement.
What about data ownership?
Tenant data belongs to the tenant. We act as a processor under the agreement; data is never used to train shared models or shared between tenants.
Where are servers located?
Cloudflare's global edge with primary data residency in the EU. We can discuss data-region constraints during onboarding.
Pricing?
API usage is part of the partner agreement. Pilot access during private beta is free; commercial terms apply once the integration moves into production.
